StandUP Polk rely's on our partners to help make the Coalition strong through collaboration.  Because of these partners the Coalition is able to help educate the community about prevention efforts.  Data, collected by the Prevention Epidemiology Network (PEN), helps the Coalition and its partners address trends that may cause potential harm to the residents of Polk County.
